Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or custom commission. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a made-to-order product not yet in inventory. Please see item listing for estimated production times. Updates & delays will be notified via email. You can request to cancel for a full refund prior to fulfillment.

 Pre-orders with customizations have 48 hours to request cancellation & receive a full refund. Cancellations after 48 hours may be able to receive a partial refund depending on the project specifications & timeline, however no refunds are guaranteed.
